Marye Kelley made the first decoupage glass plate in 1991 Time has flown by and she has loved every minute of this amazing journey. Over the years she has refined the techniques and branched out from plates to include such items as paperweights,  coasters, tissue box covers, wastepaper baskets, letter boxes, clipboards and picture frames.
