Ann developed a love for art from her Grandmother's influence who also instilled a great love of travel, both have remained treasured parts of her life. However when she began painting later in life, she saw the opportunity to combine both. Since she grew up in the west but has lived most of her adult life in the east, travel has remained a focus.  Her journey began in watercolor but soon progressed to oil.
